Malcolm graduated with a Sports Science degree from the University of Western Australia. He has been in the sports, fitness, rehab, and health industry for over 15 years. He has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience through his own learnings, trainings and injuries, as well as helping hundreds of clients with their various fitness and wellness goals. His thirst for knowledge and passion for helping clients with their goals means he is always on trend with the current fitness and nutrition know how. His strength lies in his ability to listen to his clients' needs and solve their issues. He is able to deliver a complete program regardless of the goals and conditions of his clients. From fat loss to muscle building to rehabilitation/medical conditions to sports performance. He believes strongly in empowering his clients, with the end goal of helping his clients to become self sufficient.
