I was always into fitness since I was young and the real deal started when I enlisted into SAF elite force The Commando's. gruesome 2 years and proud to pass out as a full phlege commando. Started my more then a decade of fitness career. Started from a big gym as a personal trainer, aiming to help whoever in need to a better lifestyle. I always belive in order to have a better lifestyle. Fitness, health, mentality is always the key elements for it. Thru the journey I have been a personal trainer, gym, military, grp, school activities trainer and training clients from all different aspects, ages and goals My perspective as a trainer 1)Never sales talk 2)Client should be learn and gain from the lesson. How the body work 3)Pushing thru training is important, but posture and correction is priority. 4)Be professional, guide client with realistic goals, program should always be design according to client needs.
