My fitness journey began when I became interested in my own fitness. Along the way, I received the opportunity to try out coaching and training others, and found that I enjoyed it. I believe that everyone should take up exercising as it is integral in not only maintaining fitness and health, but also in aging gracefully. As such, I took up coaching not only because it’s enjoyable for me, but also because I am able to, simultaneously, help others. I believe that with the right training and consistency, I will be able to help you attain your fitness goals.
