Hi, I am
Alan Tham
first started training back in mid February. I met Alan at anytime fitness in hopes to be inspired & to have someone who would guide me into a healthier lifestyle. When I first started training with Alan. I was 122kg with no motivation whatsoever. I had the desire to lose weight but lacked the necessary mindset to do so. With Alan, he constantly pushed me & encouraged me to consistently keep up my progress & emphasised that patience is important. Goals are notmagic. They dont happen in with a blink of an eye. emphasiing the importantcy to develop a a mindset. As I'm typing this today, I now weigh 24kg lesser at 95kg, reaching our very first milestone together. No words will be enough to express my gratitude to Alan. He has given me an opportunity towards a better, fitter & healthier lifestyle. With his constant guidance, I'm sure anyone under his tutelage will benefit tremendously. Finally i have the results of the goal I have when I step into anytime fitness beginning of 2021.
